Holiday villa for rent on Crete for four people with private pool and sea view.
Our four-person villa is located in the village of Loutra on the north coast of the island of Crete, about 15 minutes by car west of the town of Rethymnon, the capital of the province of Rethymnon.
Rethymnon is easily accessible from both Chania airport (approx. 75 km) as the airport of Heraklion (about 80 km). Directions from the airports to Loutra. The nearest white sandy beaches are a 7-minute drive away and stretch from Skaleta (East direction) to Rethymnon (West direction), in total about 14 km. In the immediate vicinity you will find a local bakery, butcher shop and supermarket for groceries. There are also a number of tavernas in the nearby area. For the more touristy shops and restaurants / bars it is best to go to Platanes or Rethymnon.
Use of a (rental) car is recommended. We have very good experiences with a local rental company in Platanes, Voyager. The web address is www.voyagerincrete.gr. A GPS navigation system is provided with the car free of charge.

About us
After many nice holiday years in Crete (Rethymnon) and the desire to own a dream villa on this beautiful island, we found a beautiful piece of land in the year 2009 among the olive trees, on which we were allowed to build a villa. At the end of May 2011 our villa was delivered to full satisfaction. The tranquility and the fantastic view of the sea make it a unique place for us. We also give you the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and the hospitable people.
